I added a few chapters of the book I’m working on entitled CMOS Analog Integrated Circuit Design using the Inversion Coefficient in the book section of my website www.ekvmodle.com. It includes:
Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Fundamentals of Noise in Electronic Devices and Circuits.
Chapter 4: The Long-channel MOSFET Model.
They are part of my lecture at EPFL entitled Fundamentals of Analog VLSI Design.
